If you are in a warm climate I would definitely go the smoothie route. Otherwise the teenagers I get tend to drink short lattes with some berry related syrup.

We are located across the street from the local High School. I named several drinks after local places. Our mascot is the Red Devils. So I have a Rasberry Red Devil latte. The county courthouse is down the street too.....courthouse latte.......Our school band travels to many places and wins lots of trophys.....Band Camp Mocha, which also has cherry syrup and topped with a cherry. The students love to names and help to come up with seasonal drink names. You could hold a contest, give the winner a month of free coffee, or their name and picture up on your "wall of fame"....get the students involved, you will not beleive all the traffic you can get from students running in to see who's up on the wall with the latest drink idea. Make a swirled smoothie of mango and berry. The school colors are gold and maroon (If I am guessing right). Serve it in a clear plastic cup. Call it the Spartan!

If the high schoolers can go off campus, the meal deal could be a big lunch time and after school draw, even for a drive thru. If you had a small oven to fix some of the quick food products sold in a grocery store. Its really a whole new revenue source beyond the traditional espresso stand fair and could become popular with the teenagers.

I love the idea of naming a special drink after the school. I think both middle schoolers and highschoolers alike would like italion sodas (non coffee suggestion). The italion sodas could be called the Spartan and the kids could pick their own flavor to go in it. I am also aware that a lot of highschoolers go to coffee stands for more then just coffee these days. So perhaps if you sell any kind of pastries or muffins, you could create a "Spartan Meal Deal" where you give them the drink and a cookie or something. Good luck!
