Can anyone give me any advice about this particular machine? We are a medium volume shop and are in desperate need of an upgrade. Obviously parts and service need to be accessible... we are in northern Kentucky. Any other recommendations under the $5000 mark would also be welcomed?

I have owned and operated Doghouse Espresso in Delta, Colorado since August of '06. I bought a new Epoca at that time and am still using it as our only machine. It does a great job and keeps up with our 100 drink average day just fine. We have had a few maintenance issues however. I have replaced the lucifer valves due to sticking and one steam valve due to same problem. We are very diligent about multiple daily backflushing and water filtering/softening so I am at a loss as to why we have had the sticky valve thing going on. Other than the valve problem it has been a great machine.
