Where do you suggest starting if one wants to sell their coffee shop?
We just opened a couple of months ago, but when we started the process, our lives were quite different. I am now in the position that I would like to get out, and retire. I was blessed with 2 unexpected grandchildren in the last year, and they live in a different state. I would love to sell, retire, and bounce the babies. I have no illusions of making money off the deal. I just want out to spen time with family.

Well I wish I would say it is easy. I tried for 5 months to do it on my own. NO LUCK. Now I am listed with a business broker that I have to stay after---and give him idea's on how to market my shop. Hopefully this way works, I have no other idea's. However if you do, please pass them on.
Like you my personal live did a 360 shortly after I opened and I would enjoy being a grandmom more.
