Fair Trade Sugar

I was interested to hear feed back on Fair Trade Sugar.
Do you carry Fair Trade Coffee and compliment it with Fair Trade Sugar.. so the final product is 100% Fair Trade?!

I have not heard of this option. We use organic cane sugar when ever possible in food prep and offer it to our customers.
If you have more info on this could you post something in the blog area and help educate the rest of us.
