Surf the Net, work on your projects and even print them in color on the premises. We also offer wireless Internet access. Don't forget to experience the fine selection of loose leaf teas we offer or get some of our delicious coffee by the bean for home.
Keys to Success
Our keys to success are the warm Spirit that dwells in our cafe as well as our genuine care for our customers. It is not unusual for us to hug our customers, and we greet and welcome each and every customer when they come in and thank them for coming on their way out. We have forged some beautiful relationships with our customers, our friends. It has been an unexpected blessing in running this cafe. Additionally, our coffee is superb and our home cooking is exceptional. It comforts the spirit and hits the spot.
Special Events
Sweet Bytes hosts some very fine local talent on many Friday and Saturday evenings. There are occasional Book Signings and Art Exhibits. Something’s always happening at Sweet Bytes. So stop in and visit our dream. We promise to make you feel at home!
Target Customers
Our target customers are the telecommuters who desire wireless Internet access as well as familes who desire great home cooked food in order to skip the cooking chores during the week. Coffee lovers of all ages and those who love home made baked goods.
Challenges Faced
Because we are small and new, our budget has been our biggest challenge. We cannot advertise using traditional methods. We rely on partnership with Reward Programs sponsored by local companies. We get the free exposure while our only investment is honoring the discounts we offer. We also have received local media coverage and word of mouth referrals have played an important role in our success to date.
Where We're Headed
Foward. We feel we have an excellent concept and exceptional food and service to go along with it. We know that Sweet Bytes franchises will be in our future. In addition, we feel that we have a unique opportunity to educate people about coffee and tea and we have a commitment to showcase local talent that without Sweet Bytes and other cafes, would have nowhere else to perform.
