Siberia is a new Coffee House in Columbia Tennessee. We opened in mid April of 2007. We offer Coffee's, Espresso Drinks, Frappe's and Blended Iced Teas as well as Gourmet Soups, Sandwiches and Desserts.
Keys to Success
We believe the key to success is the quality of the product we are delivering and the training of Barista's to meet the customers demands for specialty drinks the way they like them.
Special Events
We offer Free Wi-Fi and free use of our Desktop Computers for customers. We have Live Music on Friday and Saturday nights. Soon we will offer other entertainment during the week like Poetry Reading - Book Readings - Checker Contests and more...
Target Customers
We target all ages from 12 yrs old and up. Our lunch business ads targets the local industries and professionals in Columbia. Our Espresso Drink ads target the 18 to 40 yr old and our music ads target the 18 to 70 crowd. We run ads will all the local High Schools touting our free computer use as one of our customers.
Challenges Faced
As a new business we face the same challanges everyone does which is to let people know you're there and the services you provide. Constant advertising is required in a variety of media.
Where We're Headed
Siberia is continuing to grow and we hope to open a second one sometime in 2008. In 5 years we hope to be franchising our idea to others.
