Background

Quetzal, started in San Francisco a long time ago has locations in San francisco and now Memphis. We also roast mainly organic fair trade coffee and produce cocoa for mix into espresso drinks.

Keys to Success

We run a tight ship. Flexible to understand our economy and our customers interest. We roast coffee manily in the organic and fair trade areas. Our cocoa is blended to conatil only cocoa and sugar, hmmm what a surprise.

Target Customers

Our aim is simple to treat everyone equally. Our price for drinks to wholesale are open to everyone. We focus on the alternatives that the big box coffee stores can not, do not or are un able to pay attention to, like treating perople as individuals.
