Located inside Explore Booksellers in Aspen, Colorado. I opened here November 10th, 2007 and have been brewing coffee everyday since. I've been working in coffee for the last 10 years.

We use only certified organic coffee and milk in all our products. We also use a fully manual machine ... lever lovers here :)
Target Customers
Coffee to go, as well as sit down service available.
Challenges Faced
size of the shop within the bookstore is challenging ... only using 60 square feet! Also, being housed inside another business has it challenges as well.
Where We're Headed
Adventually want to expand to an additial free standing location.
