Since its first coffeehouse in 1992, Pacific Coffee has offered it’s customers a place to escape the hustle and bustle of busy city life. With coffeehouses across Hong Kong including Times Square, The Peak, and the IFC mall, each Pacific Coffee location strives to provide a unique and relaxing coffee experience for the members of the active business community for which they support.

Sticking to our primary goal of providing a premium cup of coffee in a comfy and spacious environment is the major key to Pacific Coffee’s success. From their signature red sofas to the free internet, relaxing music and extensive selection of magazines, everything about the environment at a Pacific Coffee house is there to help create an inviting and friendly atmosphere for the patrons to become immersed within. To ensure each patron receives a premium coffee experience, the following guidelines are in place.

  • Pacific Coffee uses only the finest Arabica beans sourced from all over the world.
  • They roast these premium beans under the watchful eye and tongue of a dedicated company-wide master roaster to ensure a consistent premium coffee taste from shop to shop.
  • All of Pacific Coffee’s baristas are professionally trained how to perfectly brew each coffee variation in a quick and efficient manner. While the environment at a Pacific Coffee House is aimed at encouraging customers to stay and relax in-store, they should still receive their coffee in as timely a manner as possible.

Special Events

Each year, Pacific Coffee participates in a number of different activities to help strengthen its image and reinforce its commitment towards Corporate Social Responsibility. From its sponsorship of the Pacific Coffee Company Barista Championship to its support for the 2007 Literary Festival through the hosting of the “Coffee with The Gruffalo” event aimed at introducing young children to joys of reading via the wonderful stories of author Julia Donaldson, Pacific Coffee continually works to be a responsible and reliable community partner.
