We purchase the top 1-2% of green beans available world wide, roast them in small batches to bring out optimal aroma and flavor of each type of bean, train our baristas well (founder John Laird has taught Espresso classes at the Specialty Coffee Association of America's (SCAA) annual conferences), we participate in SCAA barista competitoins - and we're passioniate about coffee, the craft and people. www.scaa.org.
