Background
Lincoln Perk has been open about a year and a half. We are open 7 days a week and are open until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. We strive to give over-the-top service and take time to do it right.
Keys to Success
The keys to our success are taking the time to do it right--whether that is your drink, sandwich, or hiring the right people. We make the customer feel at home and important. We also use the highest quality products.
Special Events
We have concerts every couple months and have raised money for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and we have collected food and paper goods for our local food bank.
Target Customers
We cater to the commuter; interstate traffic; college students; hometown people and those looking for something a little different in our little town.
Challenges Faced
Because we are located in a small town, we do not always have the customer base that we desire. As time goes on, and we get our name out there, this has become less of a problem. The rising costs of all products is also a challenge, but if we wish to serve quality products, we need to use quality products.
Where We're Headed
I would like to make Lincoln Perk well known in our immediate area, and perhaps expanding to other parts of Kansas.
