We roast in the coffeehouse on a Diedrich roaster. It is a small shop in Baltimore City and has quite a loyal local following. We do wholesale to other cafes and we bake our own scones from scratch every morning. Oh, and we buy some of our coffee direct from the farmers. Need to educate more people about fresh roasted coffee...why it is so much better tasting than the stuff served in chain stores that was rosated months before they drink it.
