Company started in September 2005. We now have two locations in Michigan - Bay City and Frankenmuth. Bay City was our first location and has a Deitrich IR7 roaster which supplies both shops. All, from the kids that come in with their Mom and Dad, to the teenager, the parents of the kids and teenagers, middle-aged to senior citizen. We get them all and give them all the same great quality product and service.
Finances and Marketing mostly. We continue to watch sales closely and make changes sooner rather than later. We are stiving to get our name out there more and getting into various forms of marketing.
5 locations in 5 years! At least that is our high and lofty goal. We accomplished 2 in 2 years so far, but we are now focused on getting them profitable and probably won't do another location for at least another 2 years. But we are focused on our success and will achieve it.
