We are heavily involved within the community and participate in many local fundraising activties.
Our target customers are people that value freshness as part of their buying decision...we seek to attract not only customers through a premium pricing strategy, but the average person who can tell the difference between a smooth tasteful cup compaired with a sharp and stale tasting one.
Roasting onsite has helped with the process of eductaing customers on the true value of freshness, however, you can never get this message out fast enough...put the coffee in the hands of people is our motto.
We have started to franchise our 'Roastery Cafe' model. Each franchisee will have a roaster onsite which will enable them to compete in the market place for customers by offering the highest quality and freshest products...freshness will never go out of style ! In additon to our 'Freshly Roasted Organic Coffee', we have baked goods and light lunch items to compliment the quality of our coffee.
We think it's important to support all local coffee roasters. Each time our staff travels, we ask that they seek out companies that are going the extra mile by roasting their own coffee and buy a cup from them. We see this as the future standard in the specialty coffee industry.
