Challenges Faced
Katrina recovery has been long and drawn out battle for survival. Government, insurance industries and utility companies have failed and retarded our recovery. Thank goodness for generous people all over this country who gave cash, services, and supplies so that we could reopen. Now the challenge is whether our community returns in enough strength to supply a sustainable customer base and employee pool.
Where We're Headed
Just better, not bigger. Do one well is our motto. More professionalism among staff, better products and recipes, more programming are all goals.
