Background
I have a two coffee shops thats located at Annapolis, Maryland. Inside a hospital. I like this location because is guaranteed money=) I do a little latte art for fun. To put a little smile on their face while they are here at the hospital so i draw a little heart or a roseetta. City Roast Cafe is just a small local coffee house providing local roaster from chesapeake bay roasting company. We deal with doctors, nurses, and visitors. Plus, a small percentage goes to help the restoration of the chesapeake bay. If you like more about my coffee shop, feel free to ask.

Challenges Faced
The challenges I faced/facing is fuel cost going up, coffee prices and milk price... Since I opened in 2004 my price hasn't gone up that much therefore my price is pretty cheap. Compared to other coffee shop around my area. And also employees, it is really hard to find good employees. The people that apply they are lazy and they thinks its too hard to make lattes and stuff.
