Challenges Faced

when we first started we had to teach most customers the difference between a gas station cappaccino and a latte. Now they want to see the latte art on their drink every time. we educate our customers to know what to look for if they visit other shops to make sure their drink is prepared correctly. i.e. clean steam wands , shots that are not 10 secs , milk that is not resteamed ect. It makes them appreciate us even more.

Where We're Headed

we are expanding from a 800 sq ft. space to a 2100 sq ft space in 4 months. we are also opening a new location in Jan.
