Background
I have owned The Bean Counter since 2001 and it HAS been a space odyssey... In 2002, we moved to our current location and it has been a very good fit. We love being known as a cool place to hang out and the rave reviews we get from our customers. Cleveland is a college town and our staff are all Delta State University women.

We stay focused on the quality and we treat people the way they want to be treated.
Special Events
We host the university's poetry night, numerous book signings, musical offerings, and charity events. The schedule varies widely.
Target Customers
We serve all ages, shapes, and sizes. We mostly enjoy those who appreciate quality.
Challenges Faced
There is a crisis du jour in the service industry so there is always a challenge to solve. I am very organized and try to keep ahead of the pace.
Where We're Headed
I would like to see the systems more streamlined and I keep working toward that goal. We just completed an intensive employee manual and procedures book.
